Dr. Julián Alberto Strati comes to our clinic after many years of intensive work in the ICU at Hospital Interzonal General de Agudos in Buenos Aires, where he undertook his medical residency, becoming chief of residents in 2010. Originally completing his MD at the University of Buenos Aires in 2005, Dr. Julián went on to study a second specialty in pneumology at Muñiz Hospital to complement his understanding of the common lung conditions suffered by his ICU patients.

While at first it was on the insistence of his parents that he pursued a career in medicine, Dr. Julián soon discovered he had a passion for anatomy, later finding great satisfaction in working with the adrenaline and drama of intensive care. At the hospital, he would often take 24 hours shifts, sometimes working as long as 48 hours straight. He also has an interest in medical technologies and their application in the ICU setting.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Julián has a special interest in the anime art of Japan and is himself a talented artist of the genre. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo.
