a. General description

The IT officer is responsible to ensure the operational level of ALL IT and communication equipment/ systems at the HN FMP Clinics (hardware, software and website) The IT Officer is a hands on positon (not managing any staff)

b. Availability

i. During an emergency situation – 24/7 (potential damage to medical or IT systems’ total failure with lack of supporting the medical efforts).

ii. In all other cases – during working hours

iii Special maintenance and improvement works will be done after working hours as per an advance schedule.

c. Telecommunication and mobile systems-

i. The IT officer is in charge of the telephone systems.

ii  Video conference

iii  Local Wifi abilities and Local TV in the clinics

iv  3G/ GPS based data transferred systems in the Ambulances

d. The IT officer assists with technical information as required by the IT Manager and the Clinics Directors with IT maintenance efforts.    

a.     Experience of minimum 3 years as IT officer

b.    Experience in IT support/ maintenance service.  

c.    Hands on capabilities are a must

d.    Excellent English communication skills – Proficiency level speaking, writing and reading

e.    Experience in hospital/ hotels industries – advantage

f.    Vast experience in the following areas:

1.    Information security - Multilayer

2.    Servers

3.    Backup solutions

4.    Networking

5.    Storage solutions

6.    OS: Windows/Linux support

7.    High proficiency with PC and Hardware support

Others:
-    Clinical/ Hospital experience is preferable.
