Family Medical Practice is one of the first foreign-operated, multi-disciplinary medical health providers in Vietnam. With 5 clinics in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, our multi-national team of physicians come from Israel, the U.S., the U.K., Vietnam, Australia, Russia, Japan, Argentina, Venezuela, Spain, Canada, France, and the Philippines. Together, we provide a broad range of specialist services, exceptional health care and emergency services and evacuations to the expatriate and Vietnamese community. The number of patients at our clinics has increased significantly over the past five years and continues to rise.

The Sales Marketing & Communications Manager will report to the VP of Marketing in HCMC with multi-tasking roles to enhance FMP Danang’s brand and services; communications; strengthen relationships with strategic partners; and grow the expatriate and Vietnamese market segments in Danang. He or she will supporting with the following job description:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage planning and production of marketing collaterals and materials for campaigns (print, online, email and events)

- Initiate sales and promotional initiatives to drive business for FMP Danang; run  and monitor campaigns

- Identify potential business opportunities in the market place and establishing and maintaining relationships with the international and local community; source new business opportunities and partnerships

- Participate in networking events and organizations on behalf of the clinic

- Gather market information and trends; report sales and marketing activities and results including suggestions and KPIs Head of Marketing in HCMC

- Attend weekly marketing meeting with marketing team in HCMC via conference call and support all marketing campaigns and advertising programs

- Arrange and provide clinic tours as and when required; ,manage key clients; answer inquiries


- Liaise with local businesses (local and International) with an aim to securing new corporate clients i.e. hotels and private businesses including schools

- Approach agents and build relationships in order to receive new patient referrals i.e. travel agencies, moving agents

- Support PR activities following directives from head of Marketing in HCMC; occasional draft  and/or distribution of press releases, news and articles may be required in accordance with the company’s policies and guidelines as and when required

- Review editorial schedule and ensure the brand image is maintained with local and expat news and lifestyle publications 

- Provide company profile briefs in press conferences, public events and seminars as and when required

- Ensure high quality PR material and media coverage for FMP Danang and the company as per directives

- Provide assistance to the management regarding overall sales, marketing and PR activities
