• Family Medical Practice organized an uplifting company trip to Ninh Thuan for all FMP members.
• Our dedicated employees enjoyed many exciting activities like visiting Vinh Hy Bay, Ba Moi vineyard, etc.

May 3, 2024 - After a fruitful 2023, Family Medical Practice decided to host a company trip to Ninh Thuan for our amazing staff members. The trip lasted 4 days at Hoan My resort, with members immersing themselves in all that Ninh Thuan, had to offer.

LEAVE THE STRESS BEHIND

Right away after our arrival and registration, one after another, our groups made their way to the outdoor 1.8-meter-deep pool and the scenic beach. Some opted to explore other amenities such as the pool bar, gym, and spa in the resort vicinity. For dinner, FMP members indulged in the regional specialties with fresh seafood at the “Gió” restaurant. Following the delightful meal, part of the crew booked taxi rides to explore the cities and markets of Ninh Thuan, while others did some bonding activities by the seaside.

The following morning, the crew ventured to the Ba Moi vineyard, known for its green grape and grape syrup. Many of our international doctors & team members were intrigued by the origins of the region, the visited location, and its specialties. The Gala dinner was held that night and everyone dressed to impress. After a wonderful speech by FMP founder, Dr. Rafi Kot and our COO, Ms. Michal Jacob, everyone dug into their meal and engaged in a variety of entertaining games such as Charades, Simon Says, Strength test, Karaoke, etc. The festivities didn’t stop there as the karaoke session transitioned to the beach after dinner. Doctors, staff members, and all participants joined in, singing into the night. The variety of music was impressive, ranging from Latin beats and pop tunes to ballads and Vietnamese songs. It was a memorable night that fostered relationships and bonds across different departments, backgrounds, and personalities.

VITAMIN SEA

It’s all about the fun time in the water as our FMP members explored Vinh Hy Bay on our third day. We traveled on a 40-person boat across the sea and captured stunning scenery. Afterward, everyone relished their time at Vinh Hy's beaches, swimming around, playing water polo, and boat rowing. Upon returning to the resort, everybody continued to enjoy the pool and beach, complemented by new and exciting activities.

Group 1 had a swimming competition, showcasing the athleticism of many of our employees. Group 2 had a rejuvenating Zumba session in the pool as kids, parents, and other members danced energetically to the music.

On the last day, everyone was sunburnt from top to bottom, but couldn’t help themselves but enjoy one last morning at the beach. As the sun descended, it signaled the end of FMP’s memorable company trip. Thank you every member of FMP for your love, dedication, and commitment throughout the years, as our company keeps on expanding to new opportunities. Hopefully, this trip has alleviated a significant amount of stress for you, providing precious moments with your families, friends, and colleagues.
