Family Medical Practice is a well-established Healthcare provider operating in Vietnam.

The company is expending and so is the IT Department.

We are recruiting a recruiting a senior Dot Net development Manager for managing the coding of a challenging project: A New Core enterprise application from scratch (“tailor made system, not ERP solution or similar)

The candidate will be contributing to system architecture  

Development management of a core application, New Healthcare System (from “scratch”) Waterfall project.

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Hands On .Net Developer, at least 5 years of management experience of above 6 developers. Waterfall project (Agile experience only is not enough)
• Strong ability to design systems from an architectural point of view Architectural mindset
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery processes (from requirements to production)
  Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management
• Ability to lead and tutor people
• Fluent English
• SQL (MySQL/ MS-SQL with proven ability to write native SQL queries)
• API
• Experience with Multithreading, OOD/OOP
• Experience working with XML formats, Web Services
• BA/BSc in Engineering/Computer Science or similar.
• High level of English

Advantage

• High advantage: Familiarity with DB design (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle)
• Previous coding experience in any other coding language. Preferred: Node JS, Python. Html5
• Familiarity with Healthcare systems
• Data Migration
• Workflow machine development will be a high advantage
• Coding Reporting tools are high advantage
• High advantage: “Tailor made” Enterprise application will be a big asset in the full development lifecycle, from design to QA/ UAT
