TB screening and health check-up

Family Medical Practice has been appointed by the United Kingdom government to provide tuberculosis screening for visa applicants to the United Kingdom.

Tourists, businessmen, migrants or students intending to stay longer than six months in the UK can easily obtain all health certificates necessary in the visa application.

1. Booking Your Appointment

When scheduling your health check-up, provide the following details:

  • Full name (as per passport)
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number (for contact)
  • Email address (for appointment confirmation)
  • Gender
  • Nationality (required for foreign applicants)
  • Preferred appointment date & time
    • Morning check-in: 8:15 AM – 9:15 AM
    • Afternoon check-in: 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM

2. On the Day of Your Check-Up

Required Documents:

  • Valid original passport (mandatory)
  • 2 passport-sized photos (4x6 cm)
    • White background
    • No glasses (unless for medical reasons)
  • UK address (including postcode)
  • Type of visa (clearly stated in English)


Preparation Instructions:

  • Eat normally – No fasting required before the exam.
  • Wear comfortable clothing for the examination.

  • Arrive on time within your designated check-in window.
  • Ensure all documents are complete to avoid delays.
