May 3, 2024 – Family Medical Practice (FMP Healthcare Group), CARE 1 Health Screening Center, and Siemens Healthineers Vietnam officially announced the implementation of 3D mammography technology (MAMMOMAT Inspiration) combined with artificial intelligence (Transpara® AI) to improve the accuracy of breast cancer screening.

Research has shown that wide-angle 3D Tomosynthesis mammography (50 degrees) increases the detection rate of invasive breast cancer by more than 43% compared to conventional screening methods. This technology is particularly effective for patients with dense breast tissue, which is often challenging to diagnose using traditional methods.

The process begins with a Breast Imaging Radiologist, followed by AI assistance, and concludes with an additional review by an expert to ensure no detail is overlooked.
