FMP’s Founder and CEO Dr. Rafi leads a growing team of dedicated physicians specializing in Emergency & Evacuation Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and a host of other medical fields. He has developed FMP into a premier primary healthcare provider within Vietnam. He is also the medical coordinator for Vietnam Airlines’ foreign-employed crews.

Continuing to work towards improving the lives of the nation’s underprivileged communities, Dr. Rafi has on several occasions closed all facilities to lead his administrative staff and medical team on charitable missions to impoverished mountainous areas, in order to supply remote village communities with supplies and essential treatments.
