POSITION	Japanese Interpreter
Location	Hanoi

The number of patients at our clinics has increased significantly over the past five years and continues to rise.
Job Description	Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and Insurance claim department Manage Japanese client hot line: Answer phones and take appointment bookings Greet patients when they arrive at the clinic Confirm appointment bookings Assist in customer care and provide information to client on the services available at the clinic.
Job Requirement	Good level of written and verbal Japanese Must good at English communication and listening skills Able to handle stressful situations in a fast paced environment Candidate should be a good team player and willing to assist other staff when required Must be able to work autonomously and solve problems as they arise Computer literate in Microsoft Office Languages: Japanese & English Job Level Non - Executive Job Category Customer Service Interpreter Medical/ Health Care
